To anyone interested, I recently accepted the position of Head Coach for Summit Academy's Varsity Wrestling team. I most recently was the assistant coach
at Carleton-Airport High School, where I coached two District Championship teams, 12 State Qualifiers, 6 State Placers, and 2 State Champions, in two years as
a Contracted coach.
I am excited to build something special at Summit, and look forward to sharing my passion for the sport with the People of Summit Academy.
I participate in MrNCAA's High School Football Picks every week. I enjoy taking a guess as to which teams will win the Friday night matchups, but it can be very humbling. I am realizing in my first season that picking games from all across the State can be very difficult. I have had a few great weeks, and far too many disappointing ones. Hopefully my Playoff Picks can be competitive enough to convince the GURU of GURU's to allow me to continue to pick along side the esteemed panel!
Give me a few years, and I may try my luck as an Offensive Coordinator for some local SE Michigan Football team...
